How do i know if the part will fit my car?
On all our products we try adding as many pictures as possible and including any part numbers which are found on the part. In doing so it allows the customer to cross reference there parts numbers to ensure the part is compatible for your vehicle. Any part numbers given please always try to match these with your part, or if in doubt get your mechanic to have a look. Alternatively give us a call on 01706 313 009 and we will try to help.
What do i do if I've changed my mind and want to return my item?
If you have simply changed your mind and no longer require the item, simply return the item back to us for a full refund. All products returned must be in a resalable condition and returned as they were sent with all security markings present.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is returned in sufficient packaging to protect the item from transit damage whilst with the couriers. Due to the item not being faulty we ask that the buyer is responsible of the return postage and packaging costs. We always recommend returning via a recorded delivery so a signature is required.
What can i do if i receive my item and it is faulty or damaged?
We ensure all car parts are tested whilst still on the vehicle. We do not simply remove parts and advertise them. A full quality control process is in place which gives us the confidence to back our parts up as 100% fully tested and in complete working order.
In the rare circumstances that a part you have purchased is at fault, simply give us a call on 01706 313 009 or contact us via the contact us page and we will do the rest. Any faulty goods must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Once we have received the item back a full refund will be provided. Refunds are processed within 48 hours and should reflect back onto your card within 72 hours.
As with all our deliveries, regardless of the size of the item we spend a lot of time packaging to ensure the item arrives to you exactly how you purchased it. We ask that when you receive your delivery that you check the good(s) in front of the driver. If any damages are noticed please make sure you sign the drivers paperwork as “DAMAGED”.
Can i cancel my order?
For any reason if you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch give us a call on 01706 313 009 and we will cancel the order and arrange a full refund. If the order you are cancelling is for a part which we have had to remove from the vehicle and it was not listed on our website, a surcharge will be applied.
Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours.
If the goods have already been collected by the couriers and are in the delivery process we will request the returns of the goods from the couriers. We may deduct the delivery charge from the total refund. If for any reason we are unable to get the item returned whilst in the delivery process, please REFUSE the goods when delivery at your address is attempted.
